We are offering an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and growth-oriented team building a community of IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) throughout the US and Canada. You will report directly to Xcellerate’s Chief Experience Officer and be instrumental in adding members to our Community of MSPs, as well as selling Xcellerate products and services. You will also partner closely with the CXO in establishing a presence in Tampa, so only Tampa Locals need apply!
If you’re GOOD at this, you can make $60,000 to $70,000/year. If you’re GREAT at this, there’s no limit to what you can make.

Xcellerate’s HR Practice Manager, Meredith Hayes, manages the delivery of recruitment and staffing services to Xcellerate’s Members and Partners. She and her team work hands on with Members and Partners to help them with all aspects of the HR function: full cycle recruitment, on-boarding, HRIS, compliance, talent retention and performance management.
During her career she has worked at very senior level with organisations ranging from a Fortune 500 company to several startups where she held management roles that spanned HR disciplines and included strategic leadership positions with MSP solution providers. She has created global HR functions and helped organizations to attract and retain the best staff within the technology, non-profit, banking and mortgage finance sectors.
